|4||lamb kidney(s), skinned and halved|
|450 g||rump steak(s)|
|225 g||black pudding, cut into 4 pieces|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|salt and pepper|
Preheat oven to (150 C), (300 F), Gas Mark 2
Brush kidney, lamb chops ad steak with olive oil. Then season everything with salt and pepper.
Heat grill, place sausages and kidneys on grill pan. Grill for 10 minutes, turn regularly and then put in oven.
Grill lamb chops and rashers for five minutes on each side, put in oven.
Grill steak and black pudding for five minutes on each side, put in oven.
Brush tomatoes and mushrooms with some of the meat juice.
