Mixed fruit cocktail recipe details
Ingredients
3 large can(s) | fruit cocktail, drained |
6 | bananas, sliced |
60 ml | Grand Marnier |
120 ml | orange juice |
5 tsp | vanilla essence |
50 g | single cream |
100 g | papaya purée |
cherries for decoration | |
mint leaves for decoration |
Instructions
Fruit:Mix fruit cocktail and banana slices.
Sauce:
Puree the papaya in a blender and then add Grand Marnier, orange juice, vanilla essence and single cream. Mix again.
Fruit Cocktail:
Spoon fruit into cocktail glasses and pour sauce over.
Decorate with cherries and mint leaves.
