Mint dressing recipe details
Ingredients
20 | fresh mint leaves, finely chopped |
4 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
In a small bowl mix together the fresh mint leaves with the vegetable oil. Set aside.When you are ready to serve the salad, add the vinegar and salt to the bowl and mix again well.
Pour over your salad and toss well.
