Minced meat and vegetable tart recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | flour |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 tsp | baking powder |
100 g | curd cheese |
4 tbsp | milk |
4 tbsp | oil |
1 | onion |
1 | aubergine |
2 small | zucchini |
6 tbsp | oil |
300 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
1 tbsp | tomato puree |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | flour |
3 | eggs |
125 ml | milk |
125 g | single cream |
200 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, curd cheese, milk and oil and knead to a smooth dough.Dice the onions. Wash and clean the vegetables and cut them in slices.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the bottom of a springform tin.
Sauté the onions in hot oil, add the minced meat and cook until crumbly and browned. Stir in the chopped parsley and the tomato purée and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove the mixture and sauté the other vegetables one after another in the pan.
Roll out the dough and line the springform with it, pulling up the edges 2-3cm. Layer the minced meat and the vegetables on the dough, finishing with a layer of vegetables.
Mix flour, eggs, milk, single cream and cheese together, season with salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the layers.
Transfer the tin into the preheated oven and bake the tart for approximately 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
