Minced beef and potato casserole recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
6 medium | potatoes, peeled, sliced |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
800 ml | vegetable or beef broth |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Line a large enough casserole with the beef. Add sliced potatoes and chopped onion. Season to taste.
Pour broth over all and cover with foil.
Bake for 2 hours.
