Mince rice with bell pepper recipe details
Ingredients
2 | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 tbsp | oil |
300 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
2 tbsp | tomato paste |
200 g | rice |
550 ml | vegetable stock |
salt and pepper | |
350 g | red bell pepper, sliced |
2 tsp | paprika powder |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the mince and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the onions and the garlic. Cook for some minutes. Add the tomato purée, rice and vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.Add the bell peppers and cook for 10 more minutes. Stir in the paprika powder and the crème fraîche. Check seasoning and correct, if necessary, then serve.
