Millet fritters recipe details
Ingredients
1 small | onion |
oil | |
150 g | millet |
400 ml | vegetable stock |
4 tbsp | flour |
2 | eggs |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and black pepper |
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until lucent. Add the millet and pour in the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and leave to soak for 20 minutes.Stir in flour, eggs and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Shape to balls, flatten, then grill on a greased rack or in a skillet from both sides for approximately 10 minutes.
