Ingredients
300 g | rice |
60 g | butter |
1.4 l | milk |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Bring half of the milk to a simmer and add rice. Cook over low heat and salt to taste. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.If the milk is entirely absorbed before the rice is cooked, then add more warm milk, a little at a time. Mix in the butter and serve.
