Ingredients
3 l | milk |
400 ml | condensed milk |
80 g | sugar |
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the milk and the sugar and bring to the boil, stirring often. Skim any film off the top with a spoon. Remove from the heat and stir in the condensed milk. Stir.Pour milk mixture into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour cold mixture into ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer’s directions.
