Microwave stuffed fish recipe details
Ingredients1. Fresh or thawed fish fillets (1lb)
2. pepper (1/8tsp)
3. salt (1/2tsp)
4. crushed , parsley flakes (1 1/2tsp)
5. lemon juice (1tbsp)
6. beaten egg (1)
7. finely chopped onion (1/2c)
8. fine dry bread crumbs (1/2c)
9. grated carrots (1/2c)
10. sliced mushrooms (1/2c)
11. butter (1/2c)
12. thinly sliced celery (1/2c)
Method of preparation
1. Take a bowl, place butter and celery in the bowl. Microwave it uncovered at 100% power for about 1 minute or until the butter gets melted. Add carrots, mushrooms, onions, bread crumbs, lemon juice, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix them until get blended.
2. Take a microwave dish or pan. Place half of the fillets in a single layer about 2 inches apart in the dish. Now pour the stuffing on the top of the fillets. Top with second fillet layer.
3. Cover it with plastic wrap, turning one corner back. Now microwave it at 100% power for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the fish gets flake. Keep it covered for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then uncovered the dish and serve the fish.
