Ingredients
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup salad oil
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions:

Cream margarine and sugars; add oil, egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Chill dough for 1 hour. Form small nickel-size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Watch for browning around edges as ovens bake differently.
