Ingredients
1 | rock melon, peeled, seeded and diced |
1 | green chili pepper, seeded and chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 | red onions, sliced |
30 g | brown sugar |
2 tbsp | curry powder |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
75 ml | orange juice |
3 tbsp | dry white wine |
5 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
5 sprig(s) | lemon thyme, chopped |
Instructions
Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan. Add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.Pour the hot chutney into sterilized jars and seal. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
