Mediterranean canapes recipe details
Ingredients
170 g | butter, soft |
6 | eggs, beaten |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, ground |
100 g | Pecorino cheese, shredded |
2 tsp | mediterranean spices:, dried, crushed |
thyme | |
rosemary | |
basil | |
350 g | spinach, frozen |
Instructions
Thaw and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator 2 hours.Roll into small bite-size balls.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes on a greased baking tray.
Serve warm as an appetizer.
