Ingredients
100 g | minced beef |
3 tsp | dried oregano |
¾ | onion, finely chopped |
3 tsp | shallot, finely chopped |
2 tsp | garlic, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | spring onion, finely chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
oil |
Instructions
Mix mince, onions, shallots and garlic until well combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano and mix in the spring onions. Shape the mince into balls the size of ping pong balls.Transfer into a pan with hot oil. Cook until the meatballs are browned all around.
