Ingredients
125 ml | medium dry sherry |
60 ml | soy sauce |
1 tsp | brown sugar |
1 tsp | ginger, crushed |
1 tsp | garlic, crushed |
½ tsp | sesame oil |
some | black pepper, ground |
Instructions
