Meat rissoles recipe details
Ingredients
2 piece(s) | dark bread, without seeds |
500 g | minced beef meat |
250 g | minced pork meat |
1 | onion, big one |
ml | salt and pepper, to taste |
150 ml | milk |
Instructions
Pour the milk on the bread and let it sit for some minutes.Take the minced beef meat and the minced pork meat and combine them together in the bowl. It is better to use different kinds of meat, otherwise rissoles will be either too fat or too hard.
If you donít like pork, you can add a little bit of the butter instead of it.
Then cut the onion and add it in the bowl.
Take out the bread pieces and try to make them small and mushy. Bread will suck the meat juice while frying.
Season the dish with salt and pepper. You can also use other spices.
Pour some oil into the pan.
Then form the rissoles of similar size and start to fry them. Firstly, fry them on the maximum heat.
When all rissoles are fried, put them together in the pan and add the glass of water. Let them stew under the lid for about 10 minutes.
