Meat pies recipe details
Ingredients
1 ½ kg | minced meat |
1.2 l | water |
1 medium | onion |
200 g | potatoes, carrots, peas |
3 tbsp | beef bouillon |
3 tbsp | corn starch |
2 | pie crusts |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer 90 minutes. Add corn starch mixed in a little water. Cool in fridge until solid, covered, for about an hour. Cover with pie crusts.Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until pie crusts turn brown.
Meat Pies can be frozen. Cover with foil and bake frozen.
