Ingredients

8	sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces
2	bananas
1 tsp	cinnamon
2 tbsp	butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Wrap sweet potatoes in foil and poke a few holes into them with a fork.

When potatoes are half way done, arrange unpeeled bananas on an ungreased cookie sheet and place in oven.

Cook until both potatoes and bananas are soft. Banana peels will be black.

When bananas are done, remove the peels and combine potatoes and bananas in a large bowl to be mashed together.

Transfer mixture to a large pot and heat over low heat. Season with cinnamon and butter.
