Marzipan parfait recipe details
Ingredients
1 l | whipping cream |
4 | eggs |
1 | apple |
250 g | sugar |
100 g | marzipan |
100 g | raisins |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
2 cl | rum |
Instructions
Cut the peeled and cored apple into small pieces. Grate the marzipan.Over a hot water bath, whisk the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Then whisk over a cold water bath until cooled.
Whip the cream and fold in the apple pieces, the marzipan, raisins, rum and cinnamon. Gently fold in the egg mixture.
Freeze in a suitable container or use an ice cream maker, if available.
