Marinated Grilled Fish with Chili Lemon and Cilantro recipe

Ingredients
5 | green chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped |
1 tsp | garlic, minced |
70 ml | lemon juice |
4 tbsp | cilantro, chopped |
650 g | firm white fish fillets, e.g.Halibut |
4 tbsp | vegetable oil |
some | lemon slices |
Instructions
Mix the chilies with garlic, lemon juice and cilantro, place in a large shallow glass or ceramic dish and turn the fish in the mixture until well coated. Cover and leave to marinate overnight in the fridge.
Remove the fish and stir the oil in the marinade until well combined. Return the fish and coat with the marinade.
Grill the fish over medium heat until just done.
Serve garnished with lemon slices together with fresh white bread or basmati rice!
