Marinated Grill Potatoes recipe

|1 kg||small young potatoes, brushed|
|1 cup(s)||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||paprika powder|
|½ cup(s)||chili flakes|
|1 tsp||freshly ground black pepper|
|1 tbsp||dried Italian herbs|
|400 g||crème fraîche|
|1 tsp||lemon juice|
|1 tbsp||chives, chopped|
|salt and pepper|
|1 tbsp||parsley, chopped|
Cook the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and allow to cool a little bit. Mix together the oil, paprika powder, salt, chili, pepper and the Italian herbs.
In a bowl, combine the warm potatoes and the marinade and marinate for 1 hour.
Mix together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, chives and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Thread the marinated potatoes onto large skewers and grill the potatoes for 8-12 minutes until golden all around.
Serve the potatoes together with the dip.
