Maraeng suisse recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | vanilla ice cream |
20 small | meringues, plain |
4 | bananas, sliced |
250 ml | whipping cream |
some | chocolate sauce |
Instructions
On a plate arrange dollops of vanilla ice cream, the meringues and banana slices.Whip the cream and place it in dollops over the ice cream, meringues and bananas. Drizzle the chocolate sauce on top of the whipped cream.
About the recipe:The original name is Swiss Royal Dessert, however, without ice cream. This recipe is a Swedish version from my Swedish friend Ida, hence its Swedish name Maräng Suisse.
