Mango Fritters recipe

Ingredients
130 ml | milk |
200 g | sour cream |
1 | egg |
150 g | flour |
10 g | brown sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
35 ml | oil |
2 | mangos, peeled, cut in slices |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat until really hot.
Whisk together milk, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and the beaten egg in a bowl, until well combined. Add flour a little at a time and keep stirring.
Dip the mango slices into the mixture until well covered and place in the pan. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes from each side.
Remove fritters from pan and drain. Sprinkle with icing sugar if you like.
