Instructions
In a saucepan combine gelatin with 90 ml of water and cook, stirring, over low heat until dissolved. Cool.Process the mango in a blender until smooth and combine with sugar, lime juice and dissolved gelatin mixtuer.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mango mixture. Refrigerate until set.
