Make ahead bran muffins details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups Nabisco 100% Brancereal
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups 40% Brancereal
Combine the 2 cups 100% Branand margarine and pour boiling water over them. Let stand till margarine is melted. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and buttermilk and add to first mixture. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in 4 cups 40% Bran.Beat well and store in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
