- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Raw sugar
