Magic christmas cookies recipe details
Ingredients
| 2 medium | eggs, whites only |
| 180 g | sugar |
| 180 g | chocolate chips |
| 115 g | nuts, chopped |
| 1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Beat egg whites until thick and foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and salt.Lay some aluminium foil over a parchment paper onto a baking tray. Drop batter with a teaspoon onto the foil.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Then turn oven off and place cookies inside the turned off but warm oven. Cookies are ready on Christmas morning.
