Luffa seaweed soup details
INGREDIENTS:Serves 6-8
1 large sponge luffa
200g fish paste
1 sheet dried seaweed (cut into small sheets)
2L water
1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock
Salt to taste
Method:
- Skin sponge luffa and cut into wedges.
- Bring pot of 2L water to a boil. Add chicken stock and stir to dissolve.
- Using a serving spoon, spoon fish paste into broth. Add sponge luffa wedges and bring broth to a boil.
- Add in dried seaweed sheets and bring it to boil again. Turn of heat and season with salt. Serve hot.
