Ingredients:
One 1/2-pound tub margarine, room temperature
1/2 pound butter or cube margarine, softened
1/2 cup coarsely chopped raw lowbush cranberries
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ground walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 Tablespoon orange rind
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Instructions:

Whip butter at high speed with electric mixer until pale yellow. Add cranberries, brown sugar, honey, walnuts or pecans, cranberry sauce, and orange and lemon rind; whip until light pink. Butter can be frozen. Serve over Treehouse Signature Sourdough Pancakes.
