|150 g||calf’s liver pâté|
|50 ml||crème fraîche|
|1 tbsp||green peppercorns|
|4 sprig(s)||thyme, to garnish|
Thoroughly mix the calf’s liver pâté with the Crème fraîche and Cognac. Fold in the green peppercorns.
Spoon the pâté into a bowl and garnish with thyme. Serve with fresh bread.
