Ingredients
150 g | calf’s liver pâté |
50 ml | crème fraîche |
1 tbsp | cognac |
1 tbsp | green peppercorns |
4 sprig(s) | thyme, to garnish |
Instructions
Thoroughly mix the calf’s liver pâté with the Crème fraîche and Cognac. Fold in the green peppercorns.
Spoon the pâté into a bowl and garnish with thyme. Serve with fresh bread.
