Little Greenbriar Sticky Buns recipe
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Two 11-ounce cans refrigerated Grandsbuttermilk biscuits
Although the recipe could be reheated, we have never had the chance to do so. Our guests have been known to do everything but lick the plate!
Mix 2 Tablespoons melted butter with brown sugar, walnuts, and water; place in bottom of 10-inch Bundt pan. Cut each biscuit into sixths. Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon; lightly dip each piece of dough first into melted butter and then into sugar/cinnamon mixture. Layer pieces in Bundt pan. After baking at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, turn biscuit ring onto plate. Serve immediately or cool to serve later; reheat if you like.
