½ tsp baking powder
80 g ground almonds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp cinnamon
75 g brown sugar
1 pinch(es) salt
½  lemon, the juice
100 g cold butter, in pieces
1  egg
For the filling:
200 g raspberry jam
1  egg yolk, to brush the dough

Quickly knead together the ingredients for the dough until well combined and press 2/3 into a 22cm cake dish. Pull the dough up on the sides for approximately 2cm. Prick the dough with a fork and bake blind at 160°C for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile roll out the remaining dough and cut into small stripes.

Spread the jam onto the baked cake and decorate the cake with the dough stripes. Brush the stripes with egg yolk and bake the cake at 160°C for another 35 minutes.

Let cool completely, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with whipping cream.
