Apricot and pistachio sweets recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | dried apricots |
200 g | pistachios, unsalted, peeled |
4 tbsp | coconut milk |
2 cl | apricot brandy |
Instructions
Finely shred the dried apricots in a blender. Crush the pistachios. Combine the apricots with half of the pistachios, the coconut milk and the apricot brandy.With two teaspoons or your hands, form small balls out of the mixture, then turn the balls still slightly wet in the remaining crushed pistachios.
Note:
When the pistachios are crushed, they are loosing their colour very fast, so serve the balls immediately. If you want to store the balls for a while, substitute coconut flakes for the pistachios.
