Ingredients
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
1/2 pound shrimp
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, sliced diagonally
1/4 teaspoon Szechuan sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 servings cooked linguini

Saute garlic and ginger in olive oil. Add shrimp and saute just until pink. Remove shrimp and keep warm. Add vegetables to pan and saute until crisp-tender. Return shrimp and add Szechuan sauce, white wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat through. Add cooked linguini to pan and toss. Serve with freshly grated romano cheese, if desired
