Ingredients
120 g | butter |
120 g | sugar |
60 ml | egg white |
130 g | flour, all-purpose |
1 tsp | vanilla |
¼ tsp | salt |
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the butter and sugar. Gradually add egg whites, beating well after each addition. Add the salt and vanilla. Gradually add flour and mix well.Using decorating tube or any form of stencil form dough into tongue-like shapes.
Bake in oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
Great served with ice cream.
