Lemon thyme sorbet recipe details
Ingredients
125 ml | water |
115 g | granulated sugar |
120 ml | fresh orange juice |
2 tbsp | fresh lemon thyme or normal thyme, finely chopped |
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain through a fine sieve into a freezer-proof bowl.Freeze for an hour and then beat with an electric mixer. Repeat two more times. Return to freezer for about 30 minutes and use a melon baller to serve 2 or 3 small balls per person between first and main course.
