Lemon Sauce for Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes recipe
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, cut in small pieces
- grated rind of one lemon
In a small pan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, hot water, and lemon juice. Bring to a gentle boil. Add butter and lemon rind, stirring until dissolved.
