6 sprig(s) | rosemary |
4 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 | lemons, thinly sliced |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.Marinate poultry, meat or vegetables inside the same bowl and refrigerate, covered, at least 20 minutes.
Do not marinate fish and scallops for more than 10 minutes.
