|500 ml||extra virgin olive oil|
|4 clove(s)||garlic, chopped|
|2||lemons, thinly sliced|
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Marinate poultry, meat or vegetables inside the same bowl and refrigerate, covered, at least 20 minutes.
Do not marinate fish and scallops for more than 10 minutes.
