Lemon milk sherbet recipe details
Ingredients
80 ml | lemon juice |
190 g | granulated sugar |
500 ml | milk |
1 | lemon, grated rind |
Instructions
In a bowl combine rind, juice and 150 g sugar. Stir and let sit a while to let sugar dissolve. Stir in milk.Freeze in a flat pan until frozen about 2 cm from edges. In a blender beat until smooth, then refreeze.
Stir once or twice more while freezing. If very hard frozen, leave sherbert to soften a bit before serving.
