Ingredients
60 ml | fresh lemon juice |
60 g | butter |
240 ml | single cream |
120 ml | white wine |
fresh parsley, chopped | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine the white wine, butter and cream in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until reduced a little. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.Pour over salmon, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
