|60 ml||fresh lemon juice|
|240 ml||single cream|
|120 ml||white wine|
|fresh parsley, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Combine the white wine, butter and cream in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until reduced a little. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Pour over salmon, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
