1 tbsp | lemon rind, grated |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Blend softened butter and grated lemon rind together. Taste and season to taste, pack in small dish and chill.You can substitute orange, lime, grapefruit or other citrus rinds in place of the lemon rind.
