|230 g||butter, softened|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|230 ml||freshley squeezed lemon juice|
InstructionsPreheat oven to 180°C.
In a small bowl mix together flour, butter and 90g powdered with electric mixer until well blended. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
In a separate bowl beat eggs, sugar, and baking powder, salt and lemon until smooth. Pour over hot crust. Bake until bubbly and light brown, ca 15 minutes.
Let cool completely and dust lightly with remaining powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
