Ingredients
180 ml | whipping cream |
40 g | confectioners’ sugar |
200 g | fresh blueberries |
120 ml | sour cream |
2 tsp | freshly grated lemon rind |

Instructions
Combine whipping cream and sugar in a bowl and beat until soft peaks form. Fold in blueberries, sour cream and lemon rind.
