|40 g||confectioners’ sugar|
|200 g||fresh blueberries|
|120 ml||sour cream|
|2 tsp||freshly grated lemon rind|
Combine whipping cream and sugar in a bowl and beat until soft peaks form. Fold in blueberries, sour cream and lemon rind.
