Lemon and lime sauce for dessert recipe details
Ingredients
5 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
5 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
70 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
240 ml | water |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan and mix to blend. Add water and stir over low heat until mixture boils and thickens.Remove from heat, add butter, vanilla and juices and stir to combine.
Remove from heat and leave to cool sauce to room temperature.
