Ingredients

500 g small young potatoes, halved
250 g green beans
For the dressing:
60 ml olive oil
2  red chili peppers, seeded and sliced
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp black cumin
½ bunch(es) mint, chopped
½ bunch(es) cilantro, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes or until done. Drain and allow to cool. Cook the beans in salted water for 8-12 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.

In a salad bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients. Stir in the potatoes and the beans and toss well. Check seasoning and correct if necessary.
