Ingredients
800 g | fresh leaf spinach, blanched, or thawed frozen leaf spinach |
2 | onions, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
100 ml | single cream |
1 tbsp | butter |
salt and pepper | |
nutmeg |
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until lucent. Add the spinach and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the single cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
