|800 g||fresh leaf spinach, blanched, or thawed frozen leaf spinach|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, chopped|
|100 ml||single cream|
|salt and pepper|
In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until lucent. Add the spinach and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the single cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
