Lazy oak baked granola details
- Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3 cups granola (any kind)
- 2 cup frozen raspberries (or other fruit)
Note: This can me made with low-fat milk, egg substitute (such as Eggbeaters), and no butter for restricted diets.
Mix all ingredients except raspberries in large bowl. Fold raspberries in last. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with maple syrup. Yummy!
