Lancaster county omelet recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (or 2 pending request)
- 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil (or spray)
- 1 slice ham
- 2 heaping Tablespoons grated cheese
- 1 Tablespoon corn relish from>the Jam Kitchen of Kitchen Kettle (800) 732-3538
Heat oil in omelet pan or spray pan. Beat eggs well and pour into pan. As eggs cook, lift edge and let uncooked egg run underneath. Turn egg to cook on other side. Heat ham, cheese and corn relish on plate in microwave for 15 seconds. Place on half of egg. Fold other half over and slide onto plate.
