Ingredients
1 kg | lamb, stewing |
30 g | flour |
30 g | fat |
200 g | onion(s), sliced |
500 ml | stock, beef |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Cut meat into 1-inch cubes.
Coat meat in seasoned flour and then fry in fat with onions. Put meat and onions in a casserole dish and pour stock over. Cover and simmer on top of stove, or bake in 350 degree in the oven, or about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
