Ingredients
Serves: 24- 1 pound soft butter
- 4 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar in a measuring cup topped up with water to the 1 cup line
- 1 cup cinnamon sugar
Preparation method
Prep: 48 mins | Cook: 12 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Cut the butter into the flour and sugar, until well mixed. Add water/vinegar and knead until dough is formed.
3. Roll out with a rolling pin to not quite 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into narrow strips and form into bows.
4. Bake at 350 F till golden(approx 12 min.) Coat hot cookies in the cinnamon sugar.
5. Let cool.
